The PartnerShip, LLC has been providing education consultation for children with developmental disabilities since 2009. While in private practice, Nicole Bank, PhD, BCBA, LBA-TX founder of The PartnerShip, was overwhelmed with how difficult it was to stay in touch with the current research on treatments and methodologies she was recommending on a regular basis.

Changing Course

Nicole went back to school to study Interdisciplinary Information Sciences at the University of North Texas. She graduated with a PhD in Information Science, a Behavior Analysis minor and an emphasis on scholarly communication. She enjoys using knowledge of both disciplines to help bridge the gap from behavior analytic researchers to those putting the science to work in service. The PartnerShip strives to keep the practitioner in mind as we research and analyze the literature base of the field of behavior analysis.
